I'll do all that. I do it every year. I've been doing it every year since I can remember, at least 40 of them. I even cancelled a trip to Canada once in protest, and let the people I was supposed to take a class with know that's why I was doing it: so as not to bring any of my commerce into Canada.

But frankly, the Canadians don't give a damn what anyone else thinks. They're quite happy to hold up their middle finger. They almost keep slaughtering them for spite since everyone hates it so much.
