I saw that
qrissy commented that she wanted to see my sewn leaves that were mentioned in a previous post, so I was inspired to take some photos. After photographing two of the leaves to my satisfaction, my camera battery died, so two is all you get to see for now. The light is fading, so I'll hopefully take some more photos tomorrow.

The key is to sew them when they are still "fresh" and pliable. All the different leaves I tried behaved differently and some were less brittle and therefore easier to sew than others. I found that patience and a gentle touch were my friends.
