My program for getting vids off of most places is Orbit Downloader.
In the Download/Connection section in Preferences, set "Connections to the original URL" to 1. This will basically make it stream-to-file.
Open Grab++, then open the page.
In Grab++, highlight the flv file (or the mp4 or whatever the largest file is), then click Download.
Select a download location and change the filename if you want, then click OK.
I've used this for YouTube, ACP, Zero Punctuation, various animes, etc. It's (almost) foolproof.
