Yesterday evening, dendritejungle came over for a visit. She and Alex have known each other forever (youth groupies!). We had dinner, we talked, we bonded, it was a good time, and I think we horrified Alex with our discussions of fic. Yay for fellow slash fans! Though her tastes lean more toward SPN and BSG, IIRC...

I was just sitting here quietly, eating my lunch and surfing when I thought I'd check out your LJ. I nearly snorted my Thai leftovers from last night out my nose when I read your subject line. Not very comfortable, that. Then AGAIN when I read your userpic with Joss Whedon saying, "In my world, heroes bugger each other senseless." I'm glad no-one asked me why I was laughing hysterically.
SO great to see you both last night. And I am beyond thrilled to have discovered mutual slash interests. *high five* Now I just have to suck you into my fandom...
Can't wait to read this puppet!Angel/Spike fic. My brain keeps wondering how it would...uh...work, logistically speaking.
In a more innocent vein, you mentioned you had pics of the bunny somewhere online? Could you point me towards them, since I didn't bring my camera last night?

*resists pull of other fandoms* Seriously, I need to at least finish/post my WIPs in the ones I've already got... *facepalm*
Speaking of which, you should check out my flist. The comms especially will help you find some of the stuff you've been looking for, I think. The most recent puppet!Angel/Spike fic came from yesterday's edition of the su_herald. That's a reccing newsletter -- it's mostly reflective of the mods' tastes, however, so it's by no means comprehensive. I'll try to find other similar stuff, though.
I think you'd like crossover_news, which has a lot of SPN and BSG crosses (the past few months have seen a surge in SPN/BtVS crossovers, mostly het but not entirely, IIRC). A couple of folks are interested in SPN; I would think that dawnie1970 knows best where to find stuff in that fandom. *waves to Dawnie*
