weighty issues

I am at a gross number weight wise.  I am not proud of it and I am not going to share it.  Numbers totally freak me out.  I realized recently that I have some really, really bad food habits.  Ok lots of bad food habits.  But I was drinking 1400 to 2100 calories a day in hfcs and sugared beverages.  I have basically stopped drinking beverages with ( Read more... )

take your time, and make sustainable steps that work for you. It takes a long long time...and I am no where near there myself, but over time I have found things that work and don't work so well. They are just for me, and you will find the same for you. And mostly when I feel better, that's when I know I am doing what I need to.

Much support. It is so defeating when the numbers don't go down. Making lifestyle changes is the best way to start. (something I have not done yet). Don't look at numbers, look at size. I was beating up myself because after 2 years of on again off again working out I had not lost any weight, I had lost a dress size though.

I've heard nothing but good things about the Wii fit. People who have it, LOVE it. It makes me want to get a Wii.

And remember, you are still breast feeding. Your body won't be your own for awhile yet.

good work. good luck.

It's hard. I tend fight and fight and lose 10%-15% of my weight. Then get stuck, give up, regain 3-5% back and then start all over again...
