I did buy a turkey since the local market was doing a "spend 50 dollars and get a turkey for 50 cents a pound" deal. Nowadays you just sneeze in the supermarket and can spend 50 dollars, so that part was no issue. The turkey went straight into the basement freezer.

I had a work friend with a pet pig. Every time he ate ham he would say,"yummm, chicken!"

We had to order some installation hardware so it is going to be another week...keeping my fingers crossed! It could only get better. The lower range of upload megabytes per second on Starlink is the same as my current internet upload megabytes per minute, LOL.

Other than Moose liking dry dog food, my cats don't like human food.

All our cats have different tastes. Most will only eat cat food, but Miss Spots has a starch addiction. One time she got on the counter and left a bite mark in every single bagel in a brand new bag. She is the reason why we have a metal breadbox. Suzy likes yogurt.

I know some people who buy really inexpensive turkey the day after Thanksgiving, put it in the freezer and then cook it on Xmas.
