Blank word documents are evil. Somehow, I think, even more evil than plain old blank pages. Sometimes I have to just close my eyes and word-vomit onto the screen. It's all nonsense and typos, but it makes it easier to go on.

I scribbled a few things on a scrap of paper (well, actually a toilet paper tube), which is usually easier than the blank doc, and now I've got an idea of what I think I'm going to attempt. It's a bit odd (even by my standards), but I'll try to make it work. My document is no longer blank, and I no longer have that dread that I've run out of fic ideas.
