Thanks, glad you're enjoying it. I was fighting with LJ for the better part of the day, and it would not let me put the entirety of Ch. 1 under one cut, so I had to split it in two. But when you click on the first cut, it lets you see what's under both cuts. So this is the entirety of Ch. 1. The second cut just drops you somewhere in the middle. Have no idea...

Very tense and exciting! I like the use of flashbacks to explain what's happened so far, and I also love that poor Shep is so whumped! ;) I look forward to more! Thanks for sharing! :)
