Elves heal quickly, yes, but it's still probably a bit early to be getting up. Feeling entirely too awake after the long, Galadriel-induced sleep, however, he's extricated himself from the bloody bedlinen and made it all the way across the room(!) to a chair by the window. Having perhaps heard from their cousin, it's not too long after that there's a knock on his door before it opens to show two more redheaded elves, looking concerned. "Maitimo?"

He looks up at the knock, and ah, brothers, cool. "Hello, you two. Come in." And don't be too alarmed by all the blood?

They look a little horrified as they enter and take in the bloody sheets and the bandages. "Maitimo, are you all right?"

"I'm working on it, don't look so alarmed." He sets down the book but isn't standing up to greet them, it wouldn't reassure them too much if he tried.

Well, having spent a long while in the area, Pandora will come by, knowing of Maitimo's state through the eyes of others.

She knocks on the door, softly.

Sneaky of her! "Come in," he says, because unfortunately people have to do their own door-opening at the moment.

So she does, opening the door and poking her head in with a little smile.

"Hello, Maitimo."

Blood everywhere. The scent is very overpowering, and she has to make a conscious effort not to react to it.

Oh, dear. He'd be very sorry if he realised. "Good evening, Lydia. How are you?"

She said she would check on him, and she is not one to lose her word, so here's an awkward relative to talk to.

Galadriel knocks on the door. "Maitimo?"

Mmm, awkward. "Artanis? Come in, it isn't locked."

So she does, closing the door softly behind her. She sees him sitting at the window and frowns.

"Have you reopened any of your wounds, Maitimo?"

Oh, hello.

"No, I haven't." Because some people are unlucky enough to have had quite a bit of practice moving around with stitches in.
