Either there is no label at all - which is about 60% of my tapes, though I generally know which ones are WWE and which ones are TNA based on where I put them on the shelf - or I label by content without date, which is helpful to a certain

my tapes were only random WWE clips (that's how long it's been since i've done tapes, 2002-03). but since getting into illegal downloads of indy matches, i'm super fucking anal about labelling and crossrefrencing and such. and buying DVDs... sometimes those i have to put my own little label in, so i know what order the matches are.

Oh, it's SO much easier to keep track of stuff on DVD and in digital format. Tapes, though. Oh man. I've been meaning to dump my tapes onto DVD and obsessively label little thing.
