We can make boffer pitchforks. Those will be cheap and safe, plus we could make them look pretty realistic.

I would think that paper mache (pissibly over a pvc pipe frame) could work for the pitchforks.

We're working on the boffer angle, using foam and tightly wrapped duct tape, possibly with another covering......

Is the plan to do this as a group in the parade, a late-night romp through the con areas, an actual mob for hire, or all of the above? :)

Ok.. count me in on this crazy, but brillant idea!!

I will try to come up with some torch ideas as well since I work in the electronics industry and have access to lots of left overs. Should be able to come up with something.

Should be able to make a pitchfork and gardening hoe. I already have a boffer axe that a friend made me years ago to add to the mix as well.

I suck at costuming, so I will need some pointers.

That's one of the reasons that I wanted to make a throw to the winds as it were, to get a good variety or mob members

There's some ideas about how to best do the garden implements, I've got an idea that I'm going to be trying, and a few costumers......
