Successful weekend.
6 weeks of practice after not running for several years netted a 50:56 time in a 10k this weekend. The Sham Rock N Roll was the last official race before Peachtree signup. Used that to get a "B" wave seeding for the Peachtree, which a semi-cheater website allowed me to sign up for this morning without having to deal with their

Fun? Smoking my whole heat on the 9+ mile trail run, and part of the one before me. Other than that it was just crazy. I guess knocking the wind out of myself on the 20 ft fall into a lake and THEN going straight to the wires would be the most intense part. :)
