Liam is really working on this (does he suspect some form of plot against himself?) - asking if Cally had seen Orlando being forced into the van, trying to eliminate suspects from anyone who may have known him or been able to persuade him into it (and thus leaving his task for Liam undone). Does this mean Liam suspects some part of the authority, or is he just being thorough?

Right now he's just collecting info. Was Orlando grabbed and dragged or was he conned or was it someone he might've known...? He's just looking for info which will hopefully add up to something useful. :)

Thanks! Isn't it a great verse?? :D Some folks on my Flist linked to "Kept Boy" and started writing their own and I got totally sucked in. And I love how PT is running it, more like it's own fandom, with a lot of flex, rather than as a formal RPG with claimed characters and strict canon and whatnot. Great stuff!

I'm glad Liam's thinking again instead of just raging. And go Johnny for finding a witness and actually convincing her to come forward. I really think Liam better consider that Orlando's locator chip has been removed, or he's not going to get anywhere.

Now that Liam's had a chance to let off some steam, his brain is re-engaged, yes. :D Not that there isn't any steam left [cough] but he recognized that venting it at Cally wouldn't accomplish anything.

And thanks -- Johnny's pretty sharp. [nod] He likes Orlando too and that gives him some extra motivation go do whatever he can to help, and try to figure out what the heck happened. Good thing Orlando's so cute, and that Cally had a crush, otherwise there wouldn't have been anyone watching for him at the supermarket. ;D

About the chip, I don't know how long before that occurs to him, or anyone else. It's something that's done, and isn't something people think about happening. It'll probably be a while before that comes up.

You've hooked me. I love the flashbacks as much as everyone else does. I would not want to piss off Liam. Hell if Johnny is scared of him at this point, everyone else must be pissing in their pants.

Humm. Johnny's not so much scared of him right now as being Incredibly Cautious. Liam's giving off "dragon vibes," as Liam himself mentioned, and when he gets like that he's on a hair trigger and can go off at the slightest provocation. Johnny doesn't want to do anything provoking right now.

Okay, I guess that qualifies as "scared" if one thinks about it. ;D
