Hi! [wave] I'm in Long Beach, which isn't actually on fire. :) We were sniffling and coughing and wiping our eyes pretty badly for a few days because we're exactly downwind of some of the worst of the fires, but the Santa Ana winds are dying down and it's getting a lot better. I'm fine, though, and have no plans to evacuate any time soon. [wry smile]
Tell Elaine I appreciate her worrying and give her a hug for me? I hope she feels better and gets to go home soon. And thanks for playing messenger. :D
