LOL! I love those little phrases that become code for something totally unrelated. We have "New Rule!" froma trip to Disneyworld. I little girl was playing a game with her dad and sister on the beach at the hotel. They kept changing the rules to gain advantage and the little girl got frustrated with them and marched off the beach, arms cross and said very loudly; "New Rule! I'm not playing!"

It was hilarious. Now everytime we don't like the way something is going we use "New Rule" to open the complaint.
