This past weekend was unreal!!!! It's been a long time since I've seen flooding in this area. We got 3-5" of rain in just an hour or two Friday afternoon. Major roads were shut down. All my officers plus the detectives were out directing traffic in utter downpours. I was alone in Records b/c the other two took off. The phone and radio went nuts!! I
