gone without a haircut for 11 years

My last haircut was in 1997, Lisa's was ... roughly never, or at least 20 years, as far as I know :)

... haven't done any of the rest, though :)

Interestingly enough that 11 years for me also began in 1997. But I had about four or five inches of largely split ends taken off in 2008 and my hair has been much better for it.

I'm more of an advocate of the idea that there is nothing new under the sun. Think you're blazing a trail, you're probably not. Think you are being unique, you aren't. The large size of the human population means even if only .0001 of humans have ever done what you have done, there are still about 700,000 other people who have also done the same.

It's kind of depressing but at the same time not.
