(looks around at office) Oh boy. Unexpected to me or to like a normal person? I mean there's a machete in this box of computer cables behind me... cause, well... it... I don't know.
Unexpected to me: charcoal tablets and copal incense, a silver necklace with celtic fairy steeds on it... and for lack of a better word-- my luck.
I don't know about the strangest thing, but the most recent lost/mislaid thing I found was the local paper for the week of May 6th. I pass the local paper on to a neighbour and each week she's been reminding me for the last couple of months that one issue was missing. A couple of days ago, I moved a pile of books off the floor of my study and hidden in the pile was the missing paper. Next door neighbour is now happy. :)

LOL....I'm told there is a desk surface under all the "stuff" on the desk. I'll believe it when I see it, not that it's going to happen any time soon *grin*
