I've done plenty of author interviews to date, for several different books, and this one STILL crops up with less experienced or less well prepared interviewers who just trot out the generic questions without delving into the deeper stuff. So, where do we get our ideas? That little secret shop in Schenectady? Via a secret handshake at cons

I once woke up from a dream because the dream had a really bad plot.

I now edit some of my dreams.
