I just wish someone other than Sidney fucking Crosby had scored the winning goal, though. BAH.

It was a good series. Just not good enough.

(man, it was a bit of a shock how upsetting it was seeing the Pens getting the Cup in Detroit. I guess 15-year-old me who got all teary after the 1995 finals has not actually gone anywhere.)

That was a really, really good series. And it made today a tiny bit less craptastic.

So the playoffs are thoroughly underway and a surprising percentage of my flist is talking about it. Which is AWESOME.
