Well, if "manhood" is a euphemism, why shouldn't "knighthood" be one, too?

I think my favorite penis euphemism (which is not intended as one...I don't think*) is "manly firmness" in the Declaration of Independence.

*I hope it isn't because that would mean that the legislatures opposed George III with their penises.

I can't hear the word "dictator" without imagining some poor fellow with an organ shaped like a potato. Kinda explains their nastiness.
