I don't think you'll be disappointed. They've managed to get the "feel" of the stage production very well. And on stage it was awesome. Enjoy!

Yeah, I watched King Lear that way, but it seems kind of silly to do that when you know you've got your own copy coming.

I should get Lear on DVD. I taped it when it was aired, but that means it is a) low-quality b) unplayable on anything I own for the majority of the year ie. when at school.

Also should really get around to watching Hamlet. I have no TV here either so when it's broadcasted doesn't make much difference to me, but I downloaded it a while ago and TENNANT AND HAMLET
