FWIW, checking my list, 2004 was the biggest year for Marlowe fiction, with 6 books, 1 short-story and 1 new play. 1993 (the year after The Reckoning was released) came in second, with 6 works.
Even though there's one month left to go in the year, 2005 only has four new works, which include one play and two self-published, tying for fourth place with 2000. [2002 ranked 3rd]
