Hi! Right now I'm just totally heartbroken over the fact that our air is so polluted right now sometimes it's just so hard to breathe.... and the sad part is that the technology for environment-friendly water-powered cars was available some 30+ years ago! Just using tap water, can you imagine

How sad to hear that you find it hard to breathe because of the pollution!

I think if you just slightly reword what you've written above it would work! Mention that the air is so polluted it's hard to breathe and that everyone who signs the petition is asking the members of the Philippine government to please grant a patent for the invention.
