lol. well. I love the rosemary lavender "miracle grow" hair treatment. IT makes my head tingle, helps any flakes and conditions quite well.
I use the salt or sugar scrubs all the time. olive oil and salt is amazing!
I nearly always put a cup of lemon juice in my bath water to moisturize. OR i put a cup of dryed milk(or liquid milk). Depending on what scent i want.
when i want to exfoliate and treat my face i use a tablespoon of honey and a pinch or two of brown sugar. SO good for when i have a few spots(pimples).
and my hair: olive oil. I do that all the time. ITs so moisturizing. Or just a few eggs. or if i have a bananna thats too mushy to eat but it still works on my hair. OR face.
i also do that apple cider vinegar with oatmeal and some essential oils TONER thing. OR just take a few drops of lavender and eucalyptus rub it all over my face, steam it with a wet towel and rub off in gentle circles. WAY TO MAKE it glow;)
i had just had a thought, i was doing a project in which i was collecting beauty recipes and was going to make a huge spa book and then go to kinkos and have it bound and have a couple copies made and such. My goal is to have A LOT of things, over 200 recipes. And i was wondering if I could use this in my book. :)
**i will credit you if you would like, it wouldn't be taken to a lot of people but its the thought hehe**
i only made half of them. the others are from the internet somewhere. either way i dont think it matters long as its not for sale. I dont mind though:) do what you want:)
well, i keep this entry open for that purpose:) i have the rest of it locked up. IF you want to be my friend i'll add you, but if you just want to read this, you can add it to your memories here on lj or bookmark it:)

It's a little overwhelming, though. Can you suggest some things that you've tried and liked?

You have such great recipes here, and i can't use them all at once, but i'd like to come back to them at some point...
