I've been... teased, a lot, about my music choices in the past. So, I've been... trying to update myself.

So, Evanescence is a good band? I just... like their music.

Teased about your choice in music? Come on, it can't be too bad. Not as if you listened to Barry Manilow or something.

[She raises a brow.] Oh..

Huh? Yeah! Awesome band, actually. Their music is a little, I guess you could say emo, but it's so mainstream that it's cool. You know, like, Hot Topic.

[Hangs his head at her look.] I was alive -- and an adult -- when he was a national sensation. I like his music. I really don't understand why everyone has a problem with his music. Have you even listened to Barry Manilow?

Emo... I'm sure there are some people who would describe me like that.

I... don't know what Hot Topic is. [He's fairly certain it's the name of something, though, and not some kind of slang for juicy gossip. Though he could be wrong.]

[giggles] My mun was on the Evanescence Street Team back when no one knew who Evanescence was. She's rather proud of herself. I, for one, think she's a dork. :D

Someone was surprised I knew Evanescence. I told her my mun makes me listen to it. Constantly. She's been obsessed ever since she heard "Bring Me to Life" in... Daredevil? She doesn't even remember, now. I swear...

My mun says your mun is very bright and that it was Daredevil. But my mun is also crazy, and is currently wearing a stupid hat inside because she's cold.

How have you been, by the way? I haven't seen much of you since I broke your sword.

My mun is flattered. [Gives his mun a flat look.] She says your mun isn't crazy, she's covered in three warm blankets, one long-haired cat, and a heating pad.

I've been... reticent. Busy, speaking to various people, just trying to catch up with... everything. I'm not mad about the sword thing, by the way. I mean, I was at first, 'cause... y'know how some guys treat their cars, like-- well, yeah. It's kinda like that.
