Well, according to David's lawyer, the prosecuting DA is not wanting to give him any more time than what he's already spent in. But apparently, it's going to be up to the officer if he's ok with letting it go with time served. The DA was going to speak with the officer today, so hopefully will get good news when we go to court in the morning. I'
