So.. Sims 2.. I am currently using a crap load of default hiders in my clothing catalogue and townifying almost every outfit I download.  The problem with this is that I have about 1 1/2 GB of clothing and that is the absolute smallest I can get that folder (damn you, GoS).  So, I've decided to try my hand at default replacements, starting with the ( Read more... )

I am currently also obsessed with making default replacements, textures, meshes, making new meshes just for default replacing... the whole lot. Did the base game shorts last night, along with an edited mesh for those teen shorts with sandals... now working on swimwear and underwear replacements.

Ooh. I was looking at those shorts, too. :) Yeah.. those outfits you did with the purple tunic/jeans and the henleys/sneakers is just one of the reasons I can't get my clothes folder to get smaller. I wonder though, if having a ton of default replacements will slow down the game the same way the downloads do.
