Since I started college, I always saw this high school girl waiting for her bus. I loved how I always see her in the exact same spot every four in the afternoon, during weekdays and in the exact same spot every six in the evening every weekends. I always looked for her when we got inside the bus and checked if she gets to seat and if not, I'll always be right beside her and protecting her from those people that might bumped to her. Of course, I didn't want her to get hurt.
The exact same thing happened until she graduated high school. The day I saw her wearing a new uniform, a college uniform like what the girls in my school was wearing, I smiled crazily next to her. I was in my junior year and she's a freshman in college. I was happy that finally, I could see her more and my feelings just kept growing more and more.
It was Monday, the exact routine happened again. This time I saw her at the bus stop an hour earlier. She went inside the bus first then I followed. She looked for a place to seat and I sat beside her. It's amazing how my heart beats crazily whenever she's right next to me. This happy feeling that I wanted to last forever.
"Hey~" She cooed. I didn't noticed it at first since my mind was wandering around somewhere thinking about how could this feeling last forever.
"Yah! Minho-oppa!" She pouted adorably. I snapped out and I faced her asking what's wrong.
"You've been spacing out. We need to get off now." She said still annoyed. But I held her hand and we went off the bus.
"What were you thinking earlier?" She asked curiously I gave her a wide smile. She just surrendered since she knew I won't be telling her what I was really thinking besides, I'm kinda embarrassed to tell her. And we started walking hand and hand. We watched a movie and ate dinner at a restaurant. It's time go home since it's getting late. The exact routine happened again. We got inside the bus and looked for a vacant seat. I sat right next to her. My heart found it amusing that whenever I just seat or stand next to her, it beats crazily than ever. This is what they call love. As no matter how long you've been dating your girlfriend, your heart still gets excited whenever she's around you. I found it really nice because I know that I'm really in love with this girl right next to me.
Few minutes later, we get off the bus but before we started walking again, we stood at that bus stop for seconds. I asked her what's wrong. She faced me and gave me a smile. She started talking, "You know what, this place is the most memorable place in my entire life." I looked around and I didn't actually wondered why since I knew exactly what she meant. I gave her a hug and I whispered to her ear, "You know, if these bus and bus stop were never invented, I might not meet the love of my life."
She pulled out the hug and bowed her head. I cupped her face to look at me, she's blushing. I chuckled and told her, "You know Taeminnie~ I love you just like that." She blushed again. After some moments, we decided to just seat at the waiting shed at the bus stop. She just rested her head to my shoulder as we watched the night street of Seoul.
"I love you Minho-oppa" She said.
"I love you more Taeminnie. I thanked God I met you."
Who could have thought that in unexpected places like this, I will meet that one person I will love forever? Love is really surprising. You meet that one person you will treasure the most in your life when you least expect it.
