Fic: Shut Up [Merlin/Arthur]

Quiet is never a word Arthur uses to describe Merlin. The boy constantly blathers on, making inane comments that border on the ridiculous. He never knows when to shut up.
When Arthur grips the back of Merlin’s neck, nuzzles the skin just below his ear, Merlin gasps and twitches. Arthur brushes his lips down Merlin’s neck, and a sound emits from the back of Merlin’s throat. Arthur’s hand slips beneath Merlin’s tunic, glides over his pale skin, and Merlin whimpers.
It doesn’t stop there. When Arthur has taken Merlin into his bed, Merlin fairly mewls every time Arthur’s skin touches his. Then when Arthur pushes inside him, words erupt. Sometimes nonsense words, babbling, while other times Merlin merely keeps chanting, “Faster, Arthur, harder!” It keeps coming, and Arthur often covers Merlin’s mouth with his own, plunging his tongue inside. He takes the words in as surely as Merlin accepts Arthur into him.
In the aftermath, there is silence, but it never lasts. Merlin sits up in bed and looks into Arthur’s eyes. He isn’t entirely sure what Merlin sees, but he smiles, and then he leans down, pressing kisses to Arthur’s neck, chest, everywhere.
Then Arthur himself can’t shut up.
