I didnt see the episode (for which I am very, very grateful) so I have no idea what you've 'added' here, but this was very nicely done. Poor Sheppard, hell poor everyone. From what I 've heard from the spoilers, I'm glad Torri didnt come back for this mess.

Yeah, you're probably better off not watching it. Especially when you can just read the spoilers and get the gist of what happened.

Yes, poor everyone. It was hell on all of them, but you can really see it in John's face throughout much of the episode. As bad as this episode was, JF was its saving grace.
