Where are the Women in Tech?

Women have not been flocking to the profession of information technology, even though women are bigger consumers of technology than men.

Interesting indeed.

The IT firm who maintain our systems here at work only ever seem to send out female technicians, but they must be the exception.

I am the only woman in the helpdesk, network administration and desk side support. All the women seem to work in programming where I work.

It's rare for me to work with women; I wonder if it's a US thing.
