Yesterday felt like summer, but today reminded we Seattle-ites that tis only Spring :) Today is cloudy, dark, and 60!

Those flowers are gorgeous.

Look at all those tasty cakes!! What did you do with them all? I love the curly candles I have never seen any like them before.

I actually froze the leftover cakes...I have a lot of cake out there and I'm not sure what I will do with it all.

My husband found the curly candles, and I thought they were pretty cool too.

I love it when the lilacs start blooming around here..the scent is amazing.

The cakes look delicious and it looks like you guys had a good time.

So, do people in seattle sweat much outside or is it usually too cool to break a sweat? Is it humid there?

It can be humid here. Not as bad as some places because it doesn't get quite as hot--or when it does it doesn't last long. We can have 80s and 90s in the summer, but it seems to me like that only lasts three weeks or so. Otherwise the summer weather is quite mild-upper 70s. I haven't really studied it, so if somebody else reading this knows otherwise, let me know.

I DO know we have a lot of clouds and rain through Winter and Spring.
