There’s no denying it. Summer is long gone, and it’s soup weather. I’ve been making soups for a few weeks now, and wanted to share some favorites with my friends here.

I’m sharing three recipes--two that I've cooked in the past month, and one is worth repeating from a Spring post.  The Angelnina's Italian Sausage and Pasta Soup is still the best,

wow!! I love how you put some many pictures in your posts!! I can tell we are going to be great friends!! your soups look amazing!! I am planning on making 3 soups this week too.

1. Butternut squash cream soup with shredded cheese
2. Beef stew over biscuits
3. Mexican tortilla soup with fresh avaocaodo

^-^" I am professional geek by trade. I work for Google.com right now, but I used to be a baker though. =) I went to culinary school as a hobby, and learned to bake very well there. I ended up going on food network 2 times, one for a foodnetwork challenge @ disney world. I posted about it bakebakebake. here is the link
