I hope the new place doesn't have too many issues with drugs and hood rats. I love the Burbank area. Though it has been 21 years since I was last there.

I've heard some horror stories regarding realtors and them lying and postponing the sale for whatever reason. They should be honest and just tell you guys what's going on, instead of stringing you along.

Sorry to hear about your new place :-( Hopefully it is a temporary solution and you will move onto better things.
