Thank you! It did have a bit of a bittersweet edge, but I couldn't just give them a big, complete happy ending. They still have so many things to work through. *hugs Neal and Diana and Peter and everyone close*

Sorry! I did drop the ball on the painting - it was for Diana and Christie, so I imagine it to be a painting of them sculpting a mound of clay together, Ghost-style. Sculpting their life together.

This was awesome and beautiful and such a perfect ending for Unbreakable. All the twigs, tied together, stronger than when they're alone.
(I seem to be finding metaphors in a lot of fic these days =P)

Thank you! Yeah, a completely happy ending can sometimes feel a little fake, like the ending of Harry Potter.

Oh, you have given this journey the perfect ending IMHO. That touch of bitterness is so fitting here. I know they are doing much better, but even though a lot of time has already passed, they will still need a little bit more. Yet you leave us with confidence that everything will be alright ♥
