What a bitch! Honestly, I didn't like Sara in the beginning. It didn't help that she was played by Hilarie Burton, who I hadn't loved during One Tree Hill.
Impression now
I adore Sara! I realized that she was the perfect person for Neal - strong, smart, and not afraid to call him on his bullshit. (Also, I re-watched some OTH, and decided I liked Peyton. LOL :D)
Favorite moment
In the Wind - When Neal and Sara check the distance of the card cloner and flirt while she's wearing his shirt and he's in his PJs. It's sexy and fun, but there's an undercurrent of sadness that she's leaving.
Idea for a story
Wouldn't it be fun if Neal were the lead guitarist and maybe vocalist in a band where Sara plays keyboard? They flirt, they sing duets, they eventually get drunk and fall into bed together. Mozzie is the long-suffering band manager who tries to kick her out of the band at every turn because she distracts Neal.

What is he wearing? What a strange man. Why is Neal friends with this guy? I didn't really have a strong opinion one way or the other on Mozzie, but I thought it odd that he and Neal were friends.
Impression now
He's still a very strange man, but he was the most loyal friend Neal ever had, and I appreciate that in him.
Favorite moment
Mozzie creating the 'good night Cinderella' drug to help Neal recover his memories. I just love that scene - there's a lot of layers for both Neal and Mozzie, and it was great fun to watch.
Idea for a story
I should really write Mozzie's POV in Unbreakable. How much it hurts him to have Neal pull away and go to Diana for comfort, what he thinks about being Uncle Mozzie to Diana's daughter Charlie, does he find a new partner-in-crime at some point…
Unpopular opinion
I think Mozzie can be selfish, and I think he manipulates Neal into doing things Mozzie's way when he thinks he knows best or when he's afraid of the alternative.

Idea for a story
Could I do a cross-over of my own AUs or is that weird? Because I think it would awesome if Diana from Unbreakable met the Hugheses from Redraw the Lines/Neal Hughes.

I don't know how unpopular/popular this is, but Diana/Christie is one of my fave couples in the show, and I wish we had seen more of them in canon.

He's hot! He's smart and funny, and I have to watch more right this second.

Pretty much the same. He's still hot and smart and funny. He can be blinded by love, but he loves deeply. He feels most things deeply, actually.
Favorite moment
This is hard… I love that little speech and the wink in Free Fall before he jumps out the window of the judge's chambers.
Idea for a story
This is also hard… I still want to write the sequel to Holding On (By a Thin, Thin Thread) about Neal coming to terms with his blindness.
Unpopular opinion
Neal can be selfish, and he doesn't usually take consequences for himself or anyone else into account when he makes a decision.
Favorite relationship
I love Neal and Peter's friendship, and I love Neal/Sara together, and the Neal and June friendship is also very special.
Favorite headcanonNeal took college courses while he was in prison and was only a few credits short of receiving a degree before he escaped and was eventually let out on the anklet ( ... )

I love that scene from Shoot the Moon where Neal and Mozzie go to the Burke's to feed him and he barely raises his head when they come in. He's just that used to them.
Idea for a story
I have a bit of a story written where Neal is de-aged, and he brings out the puppy in Satchmo. They play together and sleep together and are the best of buddies.

Ummm… I plead the fifth.

Satchmo and the Burkes are super cute together. I love when they take him for walks together.
Favorite headcanon
Satchmo has to get snuggles from Peter and El before bed every night or he wakes them at 4am to bark at whatever moves outside the window.
