I'm Chinese... but I would pick Italian too. Just because I'd be able to have salad, pasta, and soup my entire life... and that is basically all I ever eat anyway.
Yes. Actually dividing types of food into different categories is kinda useless nowadays, since in most countries people eat what I'd call "a-bit-of-everything-from-everywhere" cuisine. There are dishes that are unarguably [insert adjective here], but everything is pretty much globalized.
