The program/presentation a while ago at COA was nice. Each unit of the office have an assigned color coding on their dress for the parade held and have a presentation about the "DECADE" assigned to them. The unit where I was working (Planning, Finance and Management Sector) was assigned "70s". The whole Miss Universe and Ferdinand Marcos thing was
