First of all, so amazing of you to write this. Second, I love the imagery you've described here - very powerful. I'm surprised that my favorite part is with Sam there at the end. Something about it just sums everything up so nicely. Go Team Free Will!

Thank you! I like the Sam part too, but then I've always had a soft spot for Dean/Castiel with a side of Sam being just awesome and deep.

Oh, so much wonderful, wonderful words. Really, they're so powerful and breif but they express so much. I was reading this and feeling the emotion of the boys, all three of them, and it was absolutely great. You did a great job and I really need more adjectives because I just want to keep saying wonderful.

Oh man. This is utterly beautiful. I love the image of Cas reaching up with his fingers through the button holes on Dean's shirt. Its desperate imagery and I love it.

Ah, thank you! I love picturing it. I can just see in my mind's eye Cas with his long, pretty fingers, threading them through the button holes.

I'm kinda obsessed with Misha Collin's fingers.
