So a recent status update in Facebook was taken the wrong way by many and caused some people angst. I was one of the people it caused angst since people took it so wrong and did not get what I was saying at all. I am not apologising for the update because I believe it to be true and accurate. I'm sorry people took your update the wrong way. I thought it was pretty straight-forward. And I still agree with everything you wrote.

Tash! I was just thinking about people I used to know on LJ, and how I missed you and was wondering what your family is up to... And here you are! Can I friend you on facebook? lorihake at gmail is my address there. We're in similar time zones now. I teach 2nd grade at a school in South Korea. :)

Oh, and I agree with your stance at marriage. It sounds like you have been through a lot and have wisdom and experience to share with those who are struggling.

I didn't see that update, but I agree with everything you said here. Sounds like good, true thoughts born from knowledge of God and hard experience. I'm sorry you've had to go through rough times - I've been through some of them too, but like you, I still believe in all of this and what God has to say about marriage.
