If they aren't willing to ship it to a location, yeah, you would have to use a middleman. S/he doesn't necessarily have to be in China, though. For example, if they ship to America, you could have a friend there ship it to you. Hope you get the figure you want! :)

That particular Eevee looks like a bootleg (the colors seem off to me), so I would advise against buying it.

Most sellers on the comm ship anywhere in the world. As for ebay auctions, there are people who are willing to serve as a middleman if a seller won't ship to your country.

The single is good, as long as it doesn't come in the condition of the one displayed! I don't know what your interested in for compensation, but that sounds fair! What would you suggest?
