I kind of feel like neither Jack nor Sawyer is evil or good. They're just somewhere in between, but I don't think Kate would ever be okay with admitting people aren't one or the other.

I'm glad you liked this. I feel like I haven't written in forever and this is definitely not my best stuff but it was good just to get back into the swing of things. And your comments always make me feel more committed to the work..if that makes any sense. :) So thank you.

I really enjoyed these parallels drawn from the past, present and future, especially the Wayne back story and the dissolution of Dianne’s marriage. This was such an original take on the prompt. Of course Kate would see things in black and white, except when she can’t help see them switch in front of her eyes.

I already know, why Jack and Kate were supposed to meet eachother and it isn´t because they are such epic love, they are my the best characters and relationship, but reason is different, watch one episode in season 1 and one episode in season 5, and you´ll discover it.
