You once gave me some advice, and I took it to heart and always will treasure it. I don't know if it will help you to give it back in your situation, but here it is...
The pain of your life, like bricks, can be laid down and walked away from. Once you are able to isolate those bricks, put them down. Walk away. Liberate yourself from the "shoulds" and the "could haves."
None of us are perfect people. We simply have to find what is appropriate to us, what centers us, in this Universe, and make the best of it. When I met you, I was drifting, I had no center. Since then, I've come to know it. I've surrounded myself with the best sort of people. I'm happier than I ever have been.
Focus during your meditation on what you feel you need in your life to center you, and ask the Universe to provide it. I feel certain it would not begrudge you it.
Good journey, friend. I'm here for you if you need me.
That can most certainly be arranged. I need distractions now to pass the time before I meet my Canadian.
Next week, Wednesday, I believe, is free, in the evening. Or, if you would like to suggest a date and time, I can see if my schedule will permit it. I'm leaving to go out of town tonight, and won't be back until Sunday night.
You can let me know via e-mail, and that is listed on my userinfo page if you don't still have me in your address book.
