Ok... this is totally un-fandom-related, but thanks to irisgirl12000 I discovered Last.fm.

I played around with Pandora for a while, until they started blocking Canadian (or non-US IP addresses), and I was very excited to learn that I could use Last.fm... which is a similar concept ( Read more... )

Am seeing this on LJ right? I always knew that one of these I'll be so confused to tell which is which LOL

And Last.fm FTW!! :) I have it on at work at all times (from my laptop) and I enjoy it immensely (cause I don't go out looking for new music either).

Yup... this is LJ. IJ doesn't have the "listening to" hookup with Last.fm.

I can never put the last.fm thing on my posts, cause I always update from semagic and it doesn't see it. *glares at it*

I usually only post at IJ (if I post here it is usually just a link to my post at IJ anyway) so I stopped using Semagic. It does link with iTunes, though, doesn't it?

I love that when I want to hear something new and different, Last.fm lets me try stuff without buying it.
