i really like your user pic, how did you get it to do what it does, like move and stuff, cause i want to do a ff theme as well... ive wantted to do one since i started lj. so if you could find the kindness to help me out please comment in my lj. thanks!!!!

Yes, it's nice, but it's just an animated GIF. You can make them with various graphics software, some of them free. Google GIF89A.
