Leaning forward over the railing so her voice would carry, Azula called out. "Up here. Room 725. Just take the elevator."
... Hopefully she knew what an elevator was.

Rinoa dashed inside, and into the elevator, she fumbled with the buttons out of excitement- almost bouncing in her wait. When she got up to the seventh floor she walked down the hall, looking for 725.
She hummed along the way, and when she found the room, she knocked on the door, her arms behind her back as she swayed.

Satisfied that it was Rinoa-- and only Rinoa-- knocking, she unlocked and opened the door, then stepped back worldlessly to let her in.

"How are you, Azula?" the girl seemed a tad nervous at first- simply because of Azula's stand offish nature (what seemed to be, perhaps? She was still feeling it out) but quickly shook it. It wasn't her nature to be so quiet around new company, anyway. "Happy birthday! Well, belatedly, I guess!" she leaned in to give the girl a hug before quickly stepping back.
"What a place! It's lovely." her face held a soft but big smile. Warm and sincere. It took a lot for her not to just laugh out of the excitement she had.
