This is a horrible advertisement for women in science. My first thought was that the gecko could poop while on her face.. and then realized it could also suggest something much worse. This is just REALLY bad marketing.

I wouldn't have thought about the gecko/human sexual side of this photo. But I do wonder what putting a gecko on your face has to do with science. I got an engineering degree, which didn't once require me to put lizards on my face, thankfully. :)
