So I am following you on twitter now but you are not following me so I can't private message you like I wanted to. Me and my sister have decided we are going to write a letter everyday for the last 20 days till Supernatural bombarding them about why we love CAs and why he should still be on the show. I feel like every effort I've made is pointless. Honest-to-Cas lost count of the postcards I sent. Mailed two very long letters to Sera, Eric and Ben Edlund. I'll probably do more.

I know Castiel will die this season, I was prepared for that. But if any of the hints in the latest interviews are what I feel they are, then Cas won't even get a good death. And he will die with Dean hating him.

I'm actually afraid to watch the show when it returns.

Well I'm sorry you feel that way, but that doesn't mean you should give up any efforts to get your voice heard. I certainly wouldn't want you to discourage others from writing letters either. At this juncture we need ENTHUSIASM and not depression and hopelessness.

It's ok to feel that way. Believe me. I have my own lingering doubts. But I'm trying not to let that negative emotion permeate through fandom and discourage others from getting their voices heard. That's why I keep writing positive articles and trying to rally my fellow Castian soliders instead of sinking into a depression and doing nothing. Believe me. That's what I want to do. But I refuse. I'm to determined to exhaust everything in my power to at least feel like I tried. If it doesn't work...

And I see you said you were intended on writing more letters, which I misread as you saying you WEREN'T, but everything I said still stands for those who are discouraged from participating. :D

One little addition to your list. We need more positive thoughts on the pro Cas side. Everyone's freaking out because he'll (probably) die but if you stop and think about it all you're doing is putting more negative energy into the universe that makes this even more likely.

And I'm talking to everyone here. Especially those who haven't written or done /anything/ even remotely helpful. This is completely free and a much needed aspect. Remember the first Ghostfacers episode (before they were Ghostfacers) with the ghost that was actually created due to that Tibetan symbol? Concentrating does have an effect on the universe, all that symbol did was concentrate the belief in the ghost that didn't originally exist. With all the focus and thought we, the fanbase, are putting into the show we could easily match the effectiveness of that symbol. Even in a universe without magic.

In summary; QUIT focusing on the chance he's leaving us and concentrate on him staying and getting a proper conclusion to this part of his story. We don't have to

In trying to think of anything new to tell them (other than how fantastic Castiel is), I've been hunting up magazine and news sites that put Castiel on Lists of Favorite Characters.

I think TPTB could do with some reminding of how important he's been for the show, and that it's been publicly demonstrated long before now.
