I just ran across a forum that talks about how to verbally abuse call center agents to make them do what you want.  My blood is boiling.  WHY.  One sentence literally read "and then you scream at them because their calls are recorded and they don't want the supervisors to hear screaming customers on their line."  REALLY?

That's so disgusting. I used to do call center work and I hated how vicious people could be. Can't believe some loser actually set-up a website to harrass people like this.

Thankfully it's not an entire website dedicated to it. It's actually a website about the technology field that I take calls for and people are swapping advise about how to call in and get one they want done. A lot of that advise is "scream and demand a supervisor."

I work in CS and get lots of calls. We get issues when men (sorry, guys) call in and are super aggressive to get what they want. Our tech support manager is allowed to pull calls from us and scream at those jerks. I hope you have one of those awesome managers.
